• Research content: reviews, imported articles/citations, screening decisions, and uploaded PDFs you add to the platform.
• Newsletter signups: the email address you submit through our newsletter form, along with the source and timestamp of signup.
• Complaint/support submissions: the title, description, and optional screenshot you attach when reporting an issue, linked to your account.
• Usage data: basic technical data such as IP address and browser user agent, used for security and abuse prevention.

We use the data described above to:

• Provide and operate the systematic-review platform, including team collaboration features.
• Respond to support requests and complaints, including reviewing attached screenshots.
• Send newsletter updates to subscribers who opt in, and let you unsubscribe at any time.
• Maintain the security and integrity of the service.

We do not sell your personal data. Research content within a review is only visible to that review's owner and invited team members. We may share data with service providers (such as hosting and email delivery) strictly to operate StataNex, or when required by law.

Account and research data is retained for as long as your account is active. Newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Complaint records are retained to maintain a support history and may be anonymized after resolution.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent for newsletter emails at any time (unsubscribe link or by request).
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
