By creating an account or otherwise using StataNex.Ai ("StataNex", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you are using StataNex on behalf of an institution or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@statanex.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You agree not to:

• Upload content you do not have the right to use, including copyrighted material without permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' reviews, accounts, or data.
• Use the service to distribute malware, spam, or engage in any unlawful activity.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the service without our written consent.

You retain ownership of the reviews, articles, screening decisions, and other content you upload to StataNex. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide and improve the service to you and your invited collaborators.

We aim to keep StataNex available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons, with notice where reasonably possible.

You may stop using StataNex and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@statanex.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security risk to the service or other users.

StataNex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or research time.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of StataNex after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
